My wife and I had been looking for a house for over a year, and with Clay's help, we found an amazing home that was perfect for our family. The entire time we were looking, Clay was more than willing to show us any house we were curious about, emphasizing that the more time we spent seeing houses, the more confident we would eventually feel when the right house came along. He took the time to accommodate all our requests and always followed up with any helpful information we needed. Then, when we went under contract on our new home, Clay was present at every step of the way and handled all the paperwork in a practiced way that took all the pressure off us. We actually closed on the day of the big ice storm in Dallas, and my wife and I did not expect him to come to the closing, since everything was shut down that day, but he was there despite all the circumstances. Clay also had a long list of workmen that we found helpful, since we did a little bit of renovations on the house after we closed. Clay really works hard, which sets him apart from some other real estate agents I've worked with in the past.
